Rat Story
This is a little heart warming story that rat keepers from all over the world have been sending back and forth, that I would like to share with everybody.  I am not even sure who write this beautiful piece, but this is a story that every rat owner should know.

One day, some angels went to God and asked if they might spend some time on Earth, to learn and perhaps to teach. He answered that some of the people might be frightened of the angels, that His children's idea of beauty might not be His own. The angels replied that maybe those who could look past the differences deserved the blessings that they could give. But God was still concerned. The angels needed Heaven's air to breathe; they would suffocate down on Earth. The angels promised to hold their breath as long as possible,and would return when they could not hold it anymore. God agreed and sent down the angels.

Many people were frightened of these creatures, despised them, and tried to kill them in large numbers. However, the few who recognized the angelic qualities in the beings took them in and sheltered and fed them. In return, they received more joy and laughter than they could possibly imagine. But alas, soon the angels could hold their breath no longer. After just a short time on Earth, they left to go back to Heaven. But they were sure to tell the next group of angels exactly who to seek out when they went down.

We, Ratamania decided to do a little Christmas gift prize draw.
It is free to take part and any rat can enter the draw on behalf of their human owners, up to 3 draws per rat. The prizes are all for rats and not quite suitable for human owners, and they are-

What you need to do
1. Make a note of the counter number when you visit Ratamania front page ( ratamania.50megs.com )
2. Leave the name of the rat, the contact e-mail address and the counter numeber on the guestbook       before the 5th of January 2002.
3. As soon as the winners are randomly drawn by my rats, we will e-mail you asking for your
   delivery address.
4. And we will post you the prize ASAP, anywhere in the world. 

Note:
Please note that if you are under 16, please make sure you tell your parents before you enter the draw. One rat can enter up to 3 draws, so if you have two rats, you may enter 6 draws. The maximum number of the draws you can enter is 15. Unfortunately you can not choose the present you want. Please allow  between  1 to 2 weeks for the delivery.
